Starbelt Outlaws does not collect personal data through the game.

The game works offline. It requires no account and includes no advertising, in-app purchases, chat or tracking tools.

Who develops the game

Starbelt Outlaws is developed by Wu Xing Guang, the controller for data received through support requests. For privacy questions or support, contact info@xingdesign.it.

Game data

We do not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data through the app. The game does not request your name, email address, location, contacts, camera or microphone. It includes no analytics, advertising profiling or cloud-save service.

Progress and preferences

Completed missions, checkpoints, upgrades, language, audio and game settings are stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to the developer. Your operating system may include it in device backups according to your settings. You can remove it by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app; operating-system backups must be managed separately.

Audio and content

Dialogue, music, sound effects and images are included in the app. Playback does not send data to voice or artificial-intelligence services. Players cannot publish content, communicate with other players or create an online profile.

Stores and operating systems

Apple and Google handle downloads, updates and any diagnostics provided by their operating systems according to their own policies and your settings. These activities are separate from the game. We do not use advertising identifiers or track activity across apps and websites.

Children

The game contains fictional combat involving weapons, explosions and burning enemies. It is not designed for young children. Please check the age rating displayed in your store. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app.

Voluntary contact

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request based on our legitimate interest in providing support (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and retain it only as long as needed to handle it and meet any applicable obligations. To request deletion of this correspondence, contact the same email address.

This website

This website has no forms, advertising or analytics added by the developer. The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. on servers located in Italy. The hosting provider acts as a data processor and may process the technical data needed to deliver and secure pages, such as an IP address, the date and time of the request and the browser type, recorded in server logs. This processing is separate from the offline app and involves no transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. The Aruba policy linked below describes this technical processing and the applicable retention periods.

Your rights

For data you voluntarily send us, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and exercise portability where applicable by law. Contact info@xingdesign.it. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or the competent supervisory authority in your country.
